Common questions

How do I know you're legitimate?

Fair question to ask any supplier you haven't met. We've created and supplied more than nine jewellery brands, so this isn't our first one. We're a UK-registered company with a Hong Kong office, and our registration is publicly checkable at Companies House. We take card payments rather than bank transfer, so you keep chargeback protection. And we'd rather your first order with us was a single sample than a leap of faith.

What is the minimum order?

Two pieces per style. Mix as many different styles as you like — two of each. Single samples can be ordered before you commit to a style.

Do you hold stock?

No, and that's deliberate. Everything is made to order for you, so nothing arrives having sat in a warehouse for a year, and you're never buying into someone else's inventory decisions.

Which stones can you work with?

Any stone you can name. Lab-grown and natural diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald, moissanite, tanzanite, opal, pearl, turquoise, malachite — and whatever you bring us that isn't on that list. Sourcing to your colour, size and price point is part of what you're paying for.

Which metals do you make in?

925 sterling silver, Gold vermeil, 9ct gold, 10ct gold, 14ct gold, 18ct gold — in yellow, white and rose. Hallmarked where UK law requires it.
