Stone setting
Every claw, bezel and channel checked under 10× magnification. No loose, tilted or chipped stones.
Stone to spec
Every stone checked against what you ordered — size, colour, cut and origin. Certified stones cross-checked against the certificate that ships with them.
Metal & plating
Vermeil measured at 2.5 micron minimum over 925 silver. Solid gold hallmarked where UK law requires. Nickel-free throughout.
Clasps & findings
Open, close and hold tested. Safety catch on every tennis bracelet and necklace.
Finish
Polish, symmetry, hallmark legibility, stone alignment.
Packaging
Piece, certificate, care card and your packaging checked against the order before it’s sealed.

Materials, stated plainly

Diamond

Lab-grown (CVD and HPHT) or natural, always stated as which. D–G colour, VS clarity as standard. IGI certificate from 0.5ct; GIA on request.

Moissanite & simulants

Stated as what they are on every quote and invoice — never sold or described as diamond.

Coloured stones & pearls

Natural or lab-created, stated per piece. Any stone sourced to your colour, size and price point.

Metals

925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, 9ct, 10ct, 14ct and 18ct gold, in yellow, white and rose.

Never used: plated base metal, nickel. Never misdescribed: if a stone is lab-created or a simulant, your invoice says so — so you can say so too.
